OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL INCREASE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING, EACH
ELIGIBLE ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Ridgeline Floors, LLC DBA Ridgeline Floors & BATH 2026 Bath Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who, at the time of entry: (a) reside within twenty (20) miles of Sponsor’s location at 1009 Mansell Rd Ste C1, Roswell, GA 30076; (b) are at least twenty one (21) years of age and (c) are the owner of a primary or secondary residential property located within Sponsor’s service area (each, an “Eligible Entrant”).

Excluded properties include, but are not limited to, apartments, condominiums, multifamily residences, rental properties, commercial or mixed-use properties, manufactured or mobile homes, houseboats, and any non-residential structure. Employees, officers, directors, managers, agents, and representatives of The Ridgeline Floors, LLC DBA Ridgeline Floors & BATH, and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, administrators, and any other entity involved in the design, production, promotion, administration, or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and stepsiblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes each Eligible Entrant’s full and unconditionalagreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

Administrator:
Sponsor may act as the administrator or may, in its sole discretion, appoint a third-party administrator. Any such administrator will be acting on Sponsor’s behalf.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND ENTRY POOL

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 01, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be placed into a single random drawing pool (the “Entry Pool”) for finalist selection and Prize award, as described herein. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) no-purchase and bonus methods of entry, as described below. Regardless of method, all entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
(a) Registration Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
An Eligible Entrant may receive one (1) entry by completing and submitting the designated Sweepstakes entry form either in person at a Ridgeline Floors & BATH location, at a trade show/home show/promotional event where Sponsor is offering entry, or online via Sponsor’s designated entry page.
(b) Consultation Bonus Entry
An Eligible Entrant who completes a free in-home consultation with Sponsor will receive five (5) additional bonus entries. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “completed consultation” means that Sponsor has fully designed the project and delivered a price to the Eligible Entrant during the consultation.
(c) Purchase Bonus Entry
An Eligible Entrant who completes a qualifying purchase (shower or bathroom remodel valuing $10,000 or more) from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period will receive ten (10) additional bonus entries.

Entry Limits
Limit one (1) Registration Entry, five (5) Consultation Bonus Entries, and ten (10) Purchase Bonus Entries per household during the Sweepstakes Period, for  maximum of three (11) total entries per household (same address, which this address must be where the project will be completed).

Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple names, email addresses, identities, registrations, transactions, or any other method, or by attempting to circumvent the entry limits, will result in disqualification and voiding of all associated entries.

Only entries that are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules will be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, illegible, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, stolen, inaccurate, or affected by any technical, mechanical, network, or human error of any kind associated with the entry process. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. FINALIST DRAWING, ODDS, WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

(a) Finalist Selection and Odds
At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Administrator will randomly select three (3) finalists from among all eligible entries in the Entry Pool. Odds of becoming a finalist depend on the number of eligible entries received.

(b) Live Awards Ceremony & Winner Selection
The three (3) finalists will be invited to attend a live awards ceremony to be held in December 2026. Finalists must be present in person to remain eligible. Any finalist who fails to attend will be deemed to have forfeited their finalist position, and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate finalist. We will give at least 1 week notice before live awards ceremony is to take place.

At the ceremony, one (1) of the three (3) finalists will be randomly drawn and declared the Grand Prize Winner. The remaining two (2) finalists will receive the Secondary Prizes.

(c) Winner Notification & Verification

Each potential Prize winner will be notified by Administrator or Sponsor via email and/or phone. Potential winners must respond as directed and may be required to verify eligibility, including but not limited to proof of identity, age, residency, and home ownership. Failure to respond, failure to provide required documentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor may select up to five (5) alternate winners for any Prize in the event a potential winner is disqualified, fails to respond, or otherwise fails to comply. If Sponsor is unable to award a Prize after the initial potential winner and all alternates fail, the Prize may not be awarded.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, not received, routed to spam, or otherwise not responded to for any reason.

Potential Grand Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted by law) Publicity Release and any required tax forms within the time specified by Sponsor. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

Decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)

(a) Grand Prize (1)

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

Up to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) in Ridgeline Floors, LLC DBA Ridgeline Floors & BATH products and installation services in the form of a credit (the “Credit”). ARV: Up to $20,000.

Grand Prize Terms:

• The Credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable.
• The Credit may be used only toward Sponsor’s products and services for a qualifying residential project within Sponsor’s service area.
• Project pricing will be based on Sponsor’s then-current retail pricing at the time the winner is officially drawn.
• The Credit may not be substituted except by Sponsor at its sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.
• Expiration / Forfeiture: The Grand Prize winner must schedule the consultation and finalize all product selections and project specifications within thirty (30) days of the awards ceremony at which the winner is declared. Failure to do so shall result in immediate forfeiture and the Credit shall be void and of no further force or effect. No extensions will be granted.

(b) Prior-Purchase Reimbursement Provision

If the Grand Prize winner has already purchased and paid for a project from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, the winner may elect to apply the Grand Prize as reimbursement, subject to the following:

• Reimbursement shall be calculated based on the retail price before any discounts, incentives, or promotions.
• Cash prize represents 60% of the (ARV) Credit of $20,000
• Under no circumstances shall reimbursement exceed the amount actually paid by the customer.
• In no event shall any winner receive any amount greater than the amount actually paid.

(c) Secondary Prizes

• Second Place Prize: One (1) $250 gift card. ARV: $250.
• Third Place Prize: One (1) $100 gift card. ARV: $100.
• Gift cards are subject to issuer terms and conditions and are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

(d) Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total ARV of all Prizes: Up to $20,350.

7. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE

By entering, each Eligible Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability (including, but not limited to, negligence) and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to Eligible Entrant’s entry, creation or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, and/or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of his or her name, city and state of residence, photograph, video footage, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information, in whole or in part, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, or approval, and without additional compensation to the winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All entries are the property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an Eligible Entrant who submits more than the permitted number of entries or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, epidemic or public health crisis, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, riot or civil disturbance, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite, network, or equipment failure, power failure, court order, government law/order/regulation, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Early Termination: If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will, if feasible, award the Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, on suspect entries received as of the date of termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to void all associated entries and/or Prize claims.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prize Limitation: Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.

Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

No Waiver: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. DISCLAIMERS

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, notifications, or communications; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, network hardware, or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human, or other error or problem in connection with the administration or processing of entries or Prize claims; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.

Sole Remedy: If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Eligible Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes has not been terminated.

10. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Except where prohibited, Eligible Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Georgia or the appropriate Georgia state court located in Fulton County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Eligible Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Eligible Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANT.

11. Privacy & Data Collection:

All personal information that Eligible Entrants submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor collects certain categories of personal information and uses this information in various ways, including, without limitation, order fulfillment and providing product information and services.

12. Winners List

Requests for a list of the winners of the Sweepstakes will only be accepted between the Sweepstakes end date (listed above) and January 30, 2027. For the names of the Prize winners, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, 2026 Bath Makeover Sweepstakes, 1009 Mansell Rd Ste C1, Roswell, GA 30076.
